Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to UK addresses only.
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days (cost shown at checkout).
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (cost shown at checkout).
Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Returns Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items: gift cards, personalised/custom items, and sale items (unless faulty).

Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
